We will always try our best to get your kini enroute asap, usually dispatched within 2 business days.

However, as we are a small label please be patient just in case we are overloaded. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Once your item has been shipped it becomes your baby & your responsibility to hustle Australia Post or DHL. If your parcel has been lost, we do not make a dispute with Aus Post on your behalf, this is to be made on behalf of the recipient if you want compensation.

Please be aware we do not cover import duties & taxes for international orders. If you have made a typo in your shipping address, please inform us ASAP, we do not refund for incorrectly typed details. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
